According to their own statements, the management team finds it difficult to convincingly communicate the key success drivers in the company to the owners as a result of a strong growth strategy. Owners are therefore lurking and exercise strong control.
Goal
After 3 weeks:
- Transforming the roadmap that has already been agreed between the areas into a winning strategy story and presentation that intuitively makes connections tangible.
- Board self-assessment of successful communication of the roadmap to owners at 95%.
Measures
- Preparation of a presentation in coordination with the departments and board members
- Sparring when preparing the presentation
