With Intralab, there is rarely routine. We do so many different things that one thing will certainly not happen to you when you work with us: that you will be bored.
In one day, you will primarily prepare a workshop - you will write to participants, check out suitable seminar locations and hotels, think of suitable content and ideas for the workshops, coordinate freelancers who help us with the graphical implementation of the media, create a PowerPoint yourself, and let your colleagues challenge you about it.
The next day, you are on the train on your way to customers in Austria or Germany, perhaps elsewhere in Europe, preparing for the workshop tomorrow and preparing the room, making final arrangements. At another day, you define processes for our start-up “One Little Difference” in consultation with freelancers and colleagues and thus ensure that we can deliver high-quality presentations to our customers quickly... And there is so much more.
We deliver a steep learning curve free of charge
We are a small but very well-established management consultancy. This allows you to quickly take on a lot of responsibility while being spared intensively so that you can also bear it. It also means that you will get to know the wide range of work as a consultant - from acquisition to billing, you will have your hands on it in one way or another. This will give you a high learning curve. At the same time, it is important to us to give you the opportunity to focus on areas of interest and competence.
We often work with well-known customers with whom you can work directly if you are interested - whether on site at workshops or in the home office in online formats, in the background or when preparing impulses.

You can schedule your working hours fairly flexibly. We often work from home or directly with the customer, which gives you a certain degree of local flexibility.
How your salary comes about is probably a bit unusual for us: We negotiate this together and transparently every year - so you know what your colleagues and your boss earn and what everyone does in return. This creates trust and motivates.
