What we do
Workshops and project management for value development, communication and implementation
Project:
Challenge
Telecommunications provider
approx. 200 employees
Employees and managers often react to change processes in companies, particularly when it comes to change processes in the company, of rejection or crouching away. As a result, many change processes in the company have failed so far.
Goal
After 1.5 years:
- Defining values that will lead the company to a successful future
- Development of a joint management concept as a basis for development discussions
- Derivation of team-specific principles that specifically anchor the values that are still little lived
- Commitment of 80% of the workforce to act and decide in accordance with the values and established principles
Measures
- Workshop with all levels of management - Key question: If the company will have been successful in 10 years: What must have happened? Deriving film scenes and deriving values from them, forming clusters of the found values and prioritizing them.
- Sharpening the values developed by employees in large group events
- Development of an overarching value story and visualization: What makes up each value, how do you recognize that it is being lived?
- 2 half-day workshops with different levels of management to define their understanding of leadership; actions that will be needed more, particularly in the future, where this understanding becomes visible and definition of KPI through which the actions taken can be measured
- Preparation of workshop documents for team leaders as guidelines for team-internal workshops to derive team-specific principles. Explanation of the workshop format to all team leaders, sparring as needed during implementation
