- 3 half-day workshops with management team and owners to question their own business model and derive new options using SWOT, risk analysis, scenario work and St. Gallen Business Model Navigator — providing clarity on top 4 business model innovations
- Definition of success criteria for a suitable business model innovation
- Workshop on the preparation of MVP sprints to test the developed business model innovations in the design thinking scheme
- Testing MVP's using agile sprints in OKR logic over 6 months, regular success checks
- Final selection of the most promising approach
