Every strategy process is a complex project. We will work with you to set up a mechanism to ensure that the actions have maximum impact, that the process is adapted to address current barriers and that the impact of our actions is measured. Depending on the focus of our work, we may implement a lot independently, or we may work intensively with internal change managers to enable them to implement right from the start.
03. Empower organization
Once key multipliers are on board and a critical mass of enthusiasts is in place, the focus shifts to empowering the key people needed to successfully implement the strategic goals on a day-to-day basis. We work with you to implement effective and sustainable qualification programmes for key multipliers.
