For over 7 years, Intralab GmbH has been advising companies on transformation processes in which empowered and highly motivated managers are the key to success. In doing so, we work with companies from various industries and company sizes.
Our name says it all: We see ourselves as an intrapreneurial laboratory. Our aim is to turn employees in companies into “intrapreneurs.” Intrapreneurs see themselves as co-companies, want to get involved and can create real change. In our Intralab, our customers develop frameworks for their companies to strengthen the intrapreneurship mindset.
“One Little Difference” is our still young division as an add-on to the consulting world. One Little Difference is a premium communication company for management, with which we help our target group to communicate their often complex relationships in an easily understandable and convincing way. We work with designers from Ukraine. In addition to great slides, we also support people who particularly need it right now.
These exciting challenges are waiting for you
You support project management with operational and conceptual issues. This gives you a very broad insight into working as a management consultant and setting up a new division. You will support and be responsible for subtasks in the following areas:
- Administration and internal accounting (invoicing, sending, filing, preparation of receipts for the tax advisor, contracts,...)
- Support in organizing workshops (appointment coordination, participant management, location search, invitation management,...)
- Marketing and sales support (creating blogs, editing podcasts, researching and reaching out to potential new customers...)
You learn through your tasks so that you can perform them with high quality and take on more responsibility in the future. In the future, it would be exciting if you would take on further tasks at least in part and, for example, provide project management with more support in preparing and following up workshops and in marketing/sales.
